About

I'm an operator who learned to build.

My career has been spent solving operational problems across service delivery, customer operations, sales, vendors, fulfilment, project management and teams.

Over time I noticed that many operational problems were actually system problems.

Teams were compensating for poor processes.

Spreadsheets were compensating for missing software.

Managers were compensating for missing reporting.

Founders were compensating for missing operational structure.

Modern no-code tools, automation and AI now make it possible to solve many of these problems far faster and more affordably than before.

Operations + Systems + Technology + Execution

Where the experience comes from

Environments and organisations I've worked across:

  • MetLife
  • Better.com
  • Fresh Prints
  • Financial services
  • E-commerce
  • Apparel & merchandising
  • Customer operations
  • Startup & high-growth environments
  • Distributed global teams

Roughly two decades across operations, service delivery, project management, sales operations, customer experience, vendor management, fulfilment, team leadership and business transformation — from large enterprises to fast-moving entrepreneurial businesses.

Experience

Where the experience comes from

Three very different kinds of environment, each of which teaches something the others don't.

Enterprise Operations

Experience working within large organisations where processes, controls, service delivery and performance measurement matter.

High-Growth Operations

Experience working in fast-moving environments where processes have to evolve while the business continues operating.

Founder-Led Businesses

Experience solving practical problems across sales, vendors, customers, fulfilment, systems and day-to-day execution.

What that means for your business

I've seen what happens when processes are too rigid, and what happens when there are no processes at all. Most small businesses sit somewhere between the two.

That's the useful part: knowing how much structure a business of your size actually needs, and being able to build it rather than just recommend it.

How I work

Five steps, no theatre.

01

Understand

Understand how the business currently works, where time and money are being lost, and what is preventing growth.

02

Simplify

Remove unnecessary steps, clarify responsibilities and redesign the workflow.

03

Build

Implement the necessary systems, tools, dashboards, automations or digital products.

04

Measure

Define simple KPIs so the business can see whether the solution is actually working.

05

Improve

Review results and continuously refine the system.

Tell me what's not working.

You don't need to know what the solution is. That's my job.

No jargon. No obligation. Just tell me what's happening.
